Carden Safran Toti, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
Carden Safran-Toti is a board-certified nurse practitioner who joined Buckhead Urogynecology in 2022. She is a tireless patient advocate, dedicated to patient education and empowerment. She is committed to pushing for access to the care and medications so many of our patients are denied. In her words, “Just because something is common doesn’t mean it’s normal. Women are too often dismissed and told that they just need to live with incontinence or prolapse, told “this is how it is” as you age or after having kids. That’s not true!”
Carden completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Chicago where she worked in biopsychology research. She studied nursing at NYU and obtained her master’s in nursing science at Emory University, graduating with specialty degrees in adult-gerontological primary care and women’s health. She was awarded the honor of membership in the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing at both Emory and NYU. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Carden worked in critical care at Emory for over a decade, gaining immeasurable patient care experience. When not working, Carden enjoys hiking, trying new foods, and spending time with her children.
